and brothers.. These little guys are so cute! How sweet are those little outfits?
But honestly, even sweeter was how they loved on each other- enough to melt anyone!

I admit I woke baby boy up today, to just take a few. It was such a great day and great light- that I had to photograph something.
Here’s Spencer!

Just for kicks- here’s just a snapshot of Claire at 12 weeks- I’d say there’s a slight resemblance…

Meet Kirsten- my first Senior session of 2008. She had an awesome session! I’m so happy with these!
It’s a small world.. this young lady stepped out of her car and I thought she resembled someone I knew. A while back, as in 1992 or 1993, I got a job at a lawfirm. My boss had a sweet little girl who I would pick up from school or walk to dance class on occasion. I worked there for years, until I got married and moved away. As it happens, you lose touch with people, start living your life… of course you think about them now and again. Well imagine my surprise when she asked me, “I think you used to work for my Daddy.” This was that same little girl! She’s all grown up now. I had no idea she was old enough to be graduating- which means I’m older than I realized too! Even so- it was nice to be the one to do her Senior pictures.
Here’s a few from her session-

With all due respect Tom Konvicka, to you and your forecasting skills, it did not rain all day long Saturday as predicted. Either you were wrong, or Danielle’s mother prayed hard enough to change the weather. Not only did it not rain, the day turned out to be absolutely beautiful- complete with blue skies! Thinking back, it did rain on me all the way to Natchitoches. But how strange is it that the weather cleared off as soon as I got to the house, and I felt my first sprinkle walking to my car as I was leaving.. seriously?? As the minister mentioned during the ceremony, there was certainly a higher power at work on Saturday. These guys deserved the break- Danielle and Heath are both such great people. I know, I know- I rave about all my clients, but I have great ones, so I can’t help but do it!
This was my first wedding after my maternity leave- so I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t fall back into the ”groove”- but I think Dena and I did okay for our first time out of the gate again! Bring on wedding season 08!!!
Congrats Danielle and Heath- here’s a little peak at your wedding day!

Claire is just taking over this blog! She’s so cute though- even when she’s not feeling her best. Stu, Claire and I got up this morning around 4:30 and headed to Alexandria where Claire was having tubes put in her ears, again…and hopefully last time! She was a trooper though- and so sweet in her little gown and hat.

Anybody whose ever done tubes before can tell you the mood changes drastically after surgery! She was NOT happy about that IV- and of course, Stu and I were both helpless. She was begging for us to please take it out and we trying our best to help her forget it. I think this one sums up everyone’s feelings perfectly… POOR BABY!!!!!!!

She’s back to normal now and running around here like it was all just a dream- at least until the meds wear off!
No, Claire isn’t doing an impression of an 80’s hairband… this what I saw coming into the kitchen this morning! If wild crazy hair is an indication of a good night’s sleep- then Claire slept like a pampered princess last night!
Whoa….

At last, after months and months and months- and well I’m a little embarassed to say actually how long- my site is done and it is LIVE!!! That’s right- my new site is up and running!! Check it out- www.shannaglaeser.com/#
There’s a new wedding side on there too! Browse around- and enjoy!
The most notable change will be the way proofing is done. It will now be handled within the site! So with any new change- there are bound to be some hiccups. All simpleviewer proofing links are down now, including all wedding slideshows. I’m trying to get my existing sessions loaded on to the new system. You’ll need passwords. I’ll be in contact to give out password to all relevant session. If your session is older than 3 months (weddings not included), it will NOT be loaded onto the proofing system. Contact me if you need to see an older session.
Spencer celebrated his 2 month birthday this week! Just wanted to share a few of my growing boy- he’s a whopping 13 1/2 lbs now! He’s averaging 1 pound per week- now if I could only go down the same way he’s going up!
Here’s Spencer- or Spencerbuddy (jack’s preference), Moose (Daddy’s) or as Claire says- Penca

Tyson and I finished out our 1 year pictures this week. I can’t believe it’s been a year already!
He’s turned into quite the 1 year old- easily distracted by everything around him, and of course ON THE GO! Every kid has his quirks or cute little items that become forms of security. I’ve seen kids attached to blankets, diaper rags, a naked mole rat from Kim Possible, and even cotton balls. For Tyson, it’s the tag on his Uniqua.. that just cracks me up! His method is turn doll upside, grab tag in fist and suck thumb… that’s the stuff moms laugh about 20 years later.
Here’s Tyson and Uniqua…

even the simplest thing can distract a one year old… Here’s Tyson demonstrating a good reason for going barefooted in pictures! too sweet

a foot shot- love the reflection and that hairline!
